Today I went to a liquor store called Shokane in Handa City while visiting Hekinan Aquarium with my family 😆👍.
I went there to explore a new business, but I had done some research online beforehand, so I had a general idea of the lineup before entering the store: ❣️
I just got an allowance, so I bought about 4 bottles for now.
There are two separate rooms, one for the draft sake and one for the fire-aged sake👍I bought three bottles of draft sake, all wrapped in newspaper to protect them from the UV rays of the sun 🤗.
At a quick glance, you'd think they have a lot of Chochin on the shelves.
Chose Shida Shield by Shida Izumi, which I stocked today: ❣️
Then open the bottle: ‼️
The aroma is lactic acidic and the taste is like cider.
I can tell that the liquor store is taking good care of this bottle.
I will go there again next month when I get my allowance.

I'm glad I was able to buy the sake I wanted the most 🤣.
