Suminoe特別純米酒 生酒ささにごり
カチカチ山
The second bottle of the year was this one, which I bought as a label at the end of the year.
I don't remember drinking nigori very often, so I opened the bottle looking forward to it.
From the gorgeous aroma reminiscent of pineapple, a slight sweetness spreads to the palate with a slightly effervescent, fizzy, and acidic taste.
After that, the bitterness lingers in the mouth, leaving a lingering aftertaste as it slides down the throat with a crisp finish.
A dry, addictive sake with a sweet aroma that is followed by a bitter taste.
