けむとうさん
Purchased at Kasumi.
I think this is the first time I've had sake from Yamanashi Prefecture.
I expected it to be dry because of its lightness, but after letting it sit in the fridge for an hour or so, I drank it and found it to be a sweet sake, no, no, no, no.
I chilled it in the refrigerator before drinking.
At the tip of the mouth, there is a fruity, no, but sweetness mixed with some miscellaneous tastes. Then, at the back of it, a dry taste appears.
It is a delicious sake when drunk cold!
