Shisora純米吟醸 ストロベリーラベル
RyoheiWe have been receiving Purple Space Strawberry Label since this season.
I had no idea that it was available in the Kansai region until now, but I have been enjoying it since this season.
It is made in the same Iwate Prefecture as Akabu and uses the same sake rice, but the taste is very different.
The Strawberry Label has a really fruity taste like strawberries, and it is a sake that can be easily enjoyed with little lingering aftertaste. Personally, I like it.
I am not sure if the strawberry label makes it taste like strawberries or if the sake itself tastes like strawberries, but I can recommend this sake as it is easy to drink, even for sake beginners.
This is my second bottle of Murasaki Uchu, and both of them are a hit and I like them, so I want to drink more and more of them.
Personally, when I think of Iwate, I think of Akabu, but this was a very tasty sake that broke into that category. Thank you very much for the sake.
