ariccy
Nabeshima made with Yamadanishiki produced in Yoshikawa
An entry-level sake in the Daiginjo range of Nabeshima
The aroma is relatively mild.
Fruity and slightly sweet aroma like melon
Still a little carbonation in the mouth
Surprisingly, the acidity is quite strong.
The overall taste is a little dry, with a mild sweet melon or melon-like flavor combined with sourness, and a fairly refreshing aftertaste.
To be honest, I couldn't really taste much of its characteristics, but it is a normal, easy-drinking, delicious sake with no noticeable flaws.
