I wondered what would go well with Korean style snacks 🤔I chose this one: 💁‍♂️ I ended up choosing what I wanted to drink 😆.  Let's start with the standing aroma. After the fresh and slightly fruity aroma, the flavor of koji (malted rice), which is typical of new sake, rises up.  In the mouth, it is fresh and smooth, and the sweetness, acidity, and umami of the rice spread softly, and at the end you can feel the sharpness from the acidity.  Pork cutlet and kimchi stir-fried with chives. The texture of the pork cutlet and the unique umami and sourness of the kimchi and chives create a refreshing aftertaste along with the pleasant texture, umami and sourness of this sake.
