We were served a very rare sake, the UA version of the Abeno Star Series, which I have recently become addicted to.
It was a sparkling kijo sake, so it was sweet and tangy, very easy to drink, and felt like a juice.
FOMALHAUT seems to be made every year based on the previous year's FOMALHAUT, so you can feel the history of the sake.
I can't compare it with last year's because I didn't have last year's, but I hope to buy it again next year to feel the change of taste and the passage of time.
I tend to get tired of drinking sweet sake, but this sake has just the right amount of sweetness that goes down smoothly.
