When I opened the bottle and poured it, the aroma was clear with a persimmon-like calmness. The mouthfeel is supple and clear. However, as is typical of Junmai, the umami of the rice spreads out from the transparency. The spiciness of the wine is then quickly dissipated by the spiciness, making it a delicious wine to enjoy during a meal ✨. It is truly dark under the lamp! It is perfect as a daily dish!
