The sake was created to have a "masculine taste and sharpness, with a lingering aftertaste.

...But, putting the details aside, it's a "tokugin" (ginjo-shu) even though it's a daiginjo in terms of specs!
The top aroma is not a gorgeous type, but it is elegant and gentle. ☺️
The taste is also elegant and mellow, with just the right amount of acidity while retaining the umami of the rice... and then it goes straight to the end (hard to explain).
In a good sense, it has no peculiarities, and I think it is a sake that goes well with a variety of dishes.
It tastes good chilled, but also at room temperature 😋.
It was the type of sake that you will never run out of 🍶.
