Another bottle I bought at a liquor store I visited for the first time the other day. This is another one I've never seen before. Gohashi KUMA:N Yamahai Junmai Sake It seems that once a year, a limited number of distributors taste and purchase a sake made using a different method than that used for regular Gobashi. What is the English on the label? It is written in romaji. This sake is brewed with Kumamoto yeast. So the label design is a bear. I was told that this bear is a "Hashi-no-waguma," a bear with a bridge pattern on its chest. I really wanted to name the product "Kumamon," but due to adult circumstances, it became "Kumaan. It's a bit of a hardship, isn't it?" It said 🤣. This sake seems to be a pure Yamahai Junmai sake brewed with Kumamoto yeast and aged in ice for about a year. When I drank it, it was a bit peculiar? It has almost no sweetness or sourness? It has a taste that lingers on the tongue, The next day, the flavor comes out and it becomes more and more delicious? I feel it. I'm not sure what to expect 😋. It's a little different from yesterday. I also read on the internet that it is recommended to be served at room temperature or warmed up. Maybe I shouldn't have cooled it down so much.

Hi Takashi 🐦 I couldn't choose between so many varieties and ended up not buying it.... I couldn't choose between so many varieties and ended up not buying it... I didn't know it had such interesting things in it 🤣I can't read it slowly unless I drink at home, so it's worth it 😊.

Hi Pon 😊 No one reads this in a store 😆. I don't read them at home either. I bet there are interesting things written on snakes, turtles and other patterns too lol
