I have had Wataya in the store, but this may be the first time I have purchased it. I bought it because it is a raw sake with a Sake degree of -5, so I thought it would be sweet and have a nice aroma.
Is it more dry than sweet? It is not strong in presence, so it would be good as a food sake. In fact, I drank it while eating grilled salmon halami, and it seemed perfect for this kind of drinking.
