Mood ★★★★★ Kameizumi after a long time. Really fruity. This sake is brewed with Kochi yeast CEL-24, which produces a very gorgeous aroma, like ripe pineapple or muskmelon. I served it with fresh crab miso that I bought at an antenna store in Toyama. The crab miso was also a 5 star.
