武侯祠Following on from the recent Jikin, I found a store that carries a regular supply of Tasake. It is only four stops away by train, so I can drop by on my way home from work. Good news. I immediately bought a label with a spring feeling. It might be the first time to buy sake made from rice called Hana-moi. I gratefully accept it in honor of the "Medal with Yellow Ribbon".
From the first sip, it tastes super delicious. The rice flavor comes first, followed by the alcohol taste. It is tightened up. I am so thankful for my happy environment that I can buy such a delicious sake after leaving work on time.
