ヱセ飲ん兵衛
This was my first sake from Shizuoka and it was given to me by a colleague from Shizuoka!
Secret Kanzukuri?
I don't know much about it, but I wonder how it is made?
It is said to be made with Yamada Nishiki from the special A district of Hyogo Prefecture, which makes me very excited!
When you open the bottle and pour it, you can smell a light aroma of lactic acid bacteria.
It tastes like sweetness spreading all over the mouth, and then it changes into a sharp and delicious taste!
Oh, it's easy to drink and goes well with various snacks!
From the specifications, I imagined it to be more fruity, but this is the right answer!
It's only one bottle, but it will be finished in no time!
Thanks to my colleague who gave it to me!

Good evening, Mr. Evse Drinker ^ ^ ^.
Thank you for drinking Shizuoka's Isoban 😊.
Now I too am enjoying this sake on its own or with a meal👍.
I wonder what kind of brewing method is used for the secret Kanzukuri?

Mr. Manta.
Isojin is delicious, isn't it?
It will be over in no time at all!
If I wanted to, I would like to have it with delicious snacks (fish) locally!
I can't find it even if I look it up, lol.
