Shin-GinPolishing ratio 60 Yamadanishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture Alcohol 16 It is fresh and has a great "shwashuwa" sensation. The balance of sweetness and spiciness is perfect. The difference from Hakuisen (in terms of maturity and sake quality?) can be clearly seen and the thoughts of the master brewer can be understood. You can understand the difference between this sake and Hakuizumi's and get to know the thoughts of the master brewer.
