At Japanese Sake Satou in Matsuyama, Japan.
I took a new employee to my favorite restaurant to drink sake.
The second glass was Yamori Junmai Nakadori
The second cup was Yamori Junmai Nakadori Nama. The second cup was Yamori Junmai Nakadori Nao Kumi Namauchi Namauchi,
It is sweet but the bitterness and gasiness make it refreshing and easy to drink.
The second glass is YAMORI Junmai Nakadori Nao Kumi Nama. Sashimi 6-piece set (Ishidai, Madai, Suma Tataki, and Houtarei),
sea bream, sma taki, ho tareiwa
sashimi (rockfish, snapper, smelt, vinegared mackerel, and yellowtail prawn).
I enjoyed it with 6 sashimi (horse mackerel, sea bream, sea bream, yellowtail prawns).
