It is said to be made with No. 9 yeast. It has a yogurt-like aroma, but it does not seem fresh, which is strange. I wonder if the bottle has been open for some time. The soft impression of acidity and the complex flavor of the label spread out, and it finishes with a hard aftertaste. I would like to compare this with other wines.
