The new Yamashiroya aims to return to its roots. Embraced by the rich mountains of Tochio, Niigata, and supported by the life-giving water and soil of the region, we have now returned to the "mountains" once again.
The label is decorated with a design that symbolizes "mountain," the hometown of sake.
