Koeigikuハルジオン 無濾過生原酒
ばんばんぶー
The complex ginjo aroma is a mixture of citrus and melon, followed by bitterness and acidity.
In a word, it tastes like biting into a grapefruit.
The body is firm for a modern wine, but the sweetness is weak and the bitterness and acidity are strong.
It's drinkable, but it's like a white wine and would go well with Western food.
I thought it was a sake with quite a strong personality.
I would definitely like to try other brands of Kouei Kiku.
