Today... a seasonal sake that I got on the road 🍶.
We opened a bottle of Hanabie, a garden-eating sweetbreads 😁.
When the bottle is opened, it has a moderate ginjo aroma 🤭.
The first sip shows a fruity taste with a harmonious blend of spiciness and bitterness 🤔.
The aftertaste is more bitter than spicy 😭.
The taste is a little different from what I imagined, but... it's good in the sense that it can be a good food wine 👌👌.
The sparkling wine that I reported on for the first time last time tasted very similar to wine 🍷 rosé, so I thought it would be close, but it was a completely different story 😱.
This one tastes like sake 🍶 lol
I got another Uguisu this time, so I'll report it later 😆.
For now ❗️
Looking forward to tomorrow's taste change as always✨
But...since it's fire-entering, there might not be that big of a change? 😅
Second day report: 🗒️
I think the ginjo aroma has increased from the first day✨
And the most important thing is the taste... most sakes tend to have more umami than the first day 🤔.
But...! This one tastes lighter, with the same umami and less bitterness than the first day 😆.
This taste change was strange and unexpected 😌.
