Imuraya is well known for its meat buns and adzuki bean bars. I did not know that it is a Mie company. Fukuwagura is the first sake business by the group.
Since it is a draft sake, I wanted to enjoy it while it was still cold, so I enjoyed a single-bottle bottle in the Shinkansen train.
The aroma is gorgeous on the palate. As stated in the product introduction, it reminds me of muscat. The sake is refreshing and the sake cup goes down well.
By the way, I served it with gizzards and onions in ponzu vinegar that I got at a convenience store. The acidity of the ponzu and the fresh onion flavor went perfectly with the sake!
