When I asked the liquor store if I wanted to drink heated sake, they recommended Yu. I was told that this sake is made by the same company that makes Hakuryu, but unfortunately I've only had Kuroryu. It was dry and light. Maybe I warmed it too much. Maybe I warmed it too much.
