This time I drank Kamikigen by Sakata Sake Brewery!
This sake is the third in the diagonal Kamikigen series and is made from rice!
Tsuyahime itself is a frequent recipient of my hometown tax ✌️
The taste is dry, not sweet and juicy at first. The taste is not fruity, but sweeter than rice 🌾.
Towards the end, the taste is sour!
I'm surprised because I haven't experienced sourness in sake very often!
I made taro stew with the seasonings I bought locally!
It tasted better than frozen taro when prepared by myself...
The recent mild winter wiped out all the tree ice... it was a good thing we went during that time 😭 thank you for the food 😋.
