シロタマ
Kai! Otoko-Meshi
My wife is away tonight, so I'm staying at home with the cat.
I had oden for one and grated deep-fried tofu with ponzu sauce for two for dinner.
Hiyayogoshi (grated radish) seems to go well with this. Or rather, it is more correct to say that this is the menu I prepared for this purpose.
It is rich but fresh, without heaviness or bitterness. It has a nice aroma, and is like a good sugar water, so I think it is a good food sake that goes well with autumnal dishes.
It is a type of sake that loses its aroma after the bottle is opened, so it is best to finish it quickly.
