Miki
Jikin Junmai Ginjo Sake Mirai Unfiltered Nama
Yes, it's finally GW! But due to the nature of my work, there are no national holidays, so it is a normal holiday.
Everyone at Sakenowa is going somewhere and opening good sake, so I'm going to open one too, out of frustration*.
Encounter at Akimoto Dungeon in Komae*.
Pale pineapple and pear aroma on the nose.
The attack is fresh and very slightly effervescent.
The nose is mild, with a light pineapple-like fruity and sweetness. Delicious*.
The aftertaste is very pleasant*, with sourness and bitterness coming to an end and the fruity aroma lingering.
I tasted the unfiltered raw Hachitan-Nishiki the other day, but I got the impression that the Hachitan-Nishiki had a stronger pineapple and bitter taste. Sake Mirai is milder and has a stronger sweetness.
I think it would go well with dishes that are a little stronger in flavor*.

Miki thanks for working GW 🎌.
I'm on vacation too, just like in the calendar 😢.
I'm still working, but I opened a bottle of Omachi and Pinappo yesterday.
I don't really feel like GW, but I open something.
I know how you feel 🤣

Hi Miki 😃
I'm on a 10 day GW holiday, so I'm bored as hell 🤣.
Going out costs a lot of money, so drinking at home is the best 👍
