What do you think of Fukuoka's famous sake?
Well, there are many!
Among them, this time it is Tanaka Rokuugo! Tanaka Rokuugo is a sake born in the rice paddies! With a rice polishing ratio of 65, the name says it all, doesn't it?
When you open the bottle, you can feel a hint of Yamada-Nishiki. Oh, this is Yamada-Nishiki. When you take a sip, the pear-like sweetness spreads in your mouth, followed by a moderate acidity, and then a dry astringency that quickly clears up in the back of your throat. This is delicious! This is a perfect food sake! It is no exaggeration to say that this is a food sake.
The last time I drank Sawanoizumi from Miyagi Prefecture, I felt a more mellow, melon-like flavor as time passed, and I look forward to seeing how Tanaka Rokuugo will change!
Thank you for the food 😄.
