I didn't go out anywhere during the first half of Golden Week, and I'm working today. I will relieve my fatigue with a delicious sake. Ding, from Ueda City, Nagano Prefecture, is a definite one.
It has a full-bodied, fruity flavor with a strong rice flavor. The finish is exquisitely balanced with bitterness and a good dryness. The taste did not betray our expectations.
