Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu from Daishinshu, first pressing in the tank.
When opened, the bottle makes a popping sound like champagne, indicating that the inside of the bottle is filled with gas. It is hard to see in the picture, but the ooze is also present.
The aroma has a firm sweetness that is typical of Junmai Daiginjo unfiltered draft, and the taste is also firm and gorgeous sweetness with a slight gassy feeling, typical of Junmai Daiginjo. The taste is also gorgeous and sweet with a hint of gasiness, typical of Junmai Daiginjos, yet the sweetness is not dull, and the aftertaste is very crisp, making it easy to drink and extremely tasty.
