I have tasted Masumi's flagship sake made with the top-grade specs of the No. 7 yeast, but I also feel a glimpse of this in the Honjozo, which aims to be the best food sake in Japan.
In other words, the first sip is Masumi.
It is different from what other breweries brew with the No. 7 yeast.
