Hakurakusei" is a favorite of the couple.
When we learned that it was in stock, we knew we had to buy it because of the glittering label, so we ran to the store and bought it, and finally opened the bottle.
The aroma was light, but when you put it in your mouth, you could feel the gasiness and the fullness and strength characteristic of Omachi.
It has a bitter taste and a lingering aftertaste.
We enjoyed it with grilled pork with miso and miso soup, and I think it is better to drink it as a mealtime sake than as a stand-alone sake.
It makes me look forward to eating.
