I found it at the first store I went to, so I bought it. The fact that it might not be registered in Fukushima Prefecture was a little reason why I bought it, but it was already registered.
But it was delicious.
Today I paired it with aji-nigiri (horse mackerel) and yakitori (grilled chicken).
Beautiful effervescence. Refreshing aroma, light sweetness, and then some bitterness.
