At a sushi restaurant in Kanazawa.
I imagined it would be thicker than I expected when I heard it was called "Dorokuchi," but it had a light flavor with a hint of sweetness that quickly disappeared, making it easy to drink, even with its high alcohol content of 19%.
Personally, I thought it was dry and just what I imagined Ishikawa sake would be like.
It was very easy to drink, as if it had been made with a kick and the unpleasant parts had been removed!
