It is a sake from the Shichida brewery.
As I wrote in a previous post.
When I hear the word Tenzan, the image of professional wrestler Hirokichi Tenzan comes to mind.
Raging bull, Mongolian chop, Tenkoji tag team, and so on....
The taste of the sake is smart with LaFrance and pear aroma as described on the brewery's website👍.
Ryuji's anhydrous komatsunabe, delicious 🍲.
It's February, which means it's the season of Shichida Ooragarami, which I look forward to every year around the middle of the month.
The 21st is Tokyo Dome, Keiji Muto's retirement match.
It will be an unmissable February for spring.
