This is an annual project of raw mature sake. First brand, Akita Chokaizan. Sweet apple-like aroma, bubbles in the glass. As with the Nama-juku project, the rich sweetness spreads out like the aroma, but thanks to the slight carbonation and firm acidity, the sweetness does not linger and a lingering acidity lingers in the aftertaste.
