The label on the bottle says 2016, so this one has been aged for 4 years. I guess this is what it tastes like when you age a draft sake for a long period of time. It has a surprisingly fruity sweetness. The alcohol stimulation is strong. It is good to drink little by little.

I like the fact that they serve this in 300 ml. I had a 4-grain one, but I didn't want it to be to my liking, so I went with the small bottle.
