SAMURAIZ
This is the first "Kame no Kai". The brewery is located in Nagano, and this sake is said to be a fast-brewed* fire-brewed sake brewed with "Hitogokochi," Nagano's preferred rice for sake brewing. The hiyaoroshi bottle #4 was out of stock, so we bought this one.
In the mouth, there is no sense of gas, but it has a cupped apple flavor, a refreshing acidity, and a delicious rice flavor. As the description says, it has a solid body, but the slight sweetness in the aftertaste makes it easy to drink. It was a chance purchase, but a wonderful encounter.
This was priced at 1,320 yen. The Tsuchiya Sake Brewery is a wonderful company. I want a sake refrigerator that can hold a bottle of sake.
