Since it is labeled as "direct-draft," I thought it might be a refreshingly effervescent type, but it was not tingling at all.
Maybe too much time has passed since the bottle was opened.
It is dry and refreshing.
I think the umami of the rice comes out well.
It is a very gentle sake with a hint of sweetness, with no hint of miscellaneous flavors.
