This is the most famous dry sake in Akita.
It is a very dry sake with +15 sake degree😲.
It has a slight sweetness in the mouth and a hint of fruitiness in the distance.
I think this slight fruitiness makes it not just a spicy drink but also a bright drink ✌️.
It's a very good sake, but it's not very dry. 👍
By the way, according to the brewery's website, they initially named it "Sexy Yamamoto Yeast", but they said "Sexy is more interesting than sexy", so they changed the name to Sexy. 😅(lol)
