It was my first time to drink Toyobai. I recently found out that there is a special distributor near my parents' house and immediately went to buy it.
My impression of the sake was that it was very refreshing.
The ginjo aroma is slightly noticeable, and the delicious rice flavor fills the mouth and goes down the throat easily.
Somehow, in the cold season, sake from colder regions tastes better.
