A Junmai Daiginjyo hi-iru-shu made from Yamada-Nishiki from Aizu, Fukushima Prefecture, polished to 30% 🍶 This is the third and last of this leap issue.
Mild and not too showy aroma of muscat and melon. The mouthfeel is sweet, fruity, and voluminous with a hint of acidity 😋😋😋😋 The finish is very elegant with a hint of dry bitterness that disappears without a hitch ☺️
