Today, as the Bon vacation is over and work is winding down, we open a bottle of the summer version of Urasoko, a popular product from Hayaseura that we got on a recent visit to Fukui. ❗️ The oriki from the junmai series (junmai sake and junmai ginjo sake) is collected from the bottom of the tank, blended and bottled with the junmai honnou josumi sake. ❗️ The beautiful blue color and translucent white color of the label reminded me of the "ocean" of the Sea of Japan as seen from Mihama, Wakasa, The most interesting sashimi was the one I had never tasted before, the Higeodara (Alaska Pollack) 😋 The taste was a hit with the kids too!
