The color of the sake is a little light yellow. (I've already drunk the picture.)
However, it's not too sweet and the initial mouth feel is quite easy to drink, similar to water. The aftertaste is more alcoholic, and the taste is more intoxicating than expected. It may be a good match for any kind of food (drinking).
We drank it at home, but it would be heavenly if we could drink it at the inn in the evening while cooling off and enjoying the view of the Tama River headwaters at Okutama.
The light blue color of the bottle is so beautiful that I think I'll use it for flower vase as well.
