It has been a long time since I have tasted tazake, and this is my first light nigori. I found it at Takimoto in Kyoto and bought it immediately. 🎉
Opened the bottle with max expectation, the aroma is modest, when you drink it, fresh sweetness, soft umami, moderate bitterness in the aftertaste, it is a really well-balanced and delicious sake. 😀
It is indeed a Tasake. 😋😋.
