It has the same specs as the green one 🟢 that was available when it was new, but apparently the yeast and rice production area have changed.
The aroma is sour and also a little greenish and fresh, like herbs.
On the palate, it is quite chili🫧.
The full-bodied flavor seeps in, and then comes a lemony, herbal, and slightly acidic taste.
After the light flavor spreads, there is a hint of bitterness, and the sensations converge at a dizzying pace.
Overall, it is quite dry.
My memory is a little fuzzy, but I think it might be more refreshingly dry than the last time I tasted it. This one is delicious, too.
After the next day, it becomes more cohesive.
It becomes dry, a little bit calm and smooth. The acidity is very tasty, and the richness and bitterness gradually permeate the taste.
The sweetness does not become stronger even after a few days.
After a week or so of not drinking it for a while, the sweetness and bitterness increased.
I think I like it better if I drink it earlier, as it has a slow, light, and deliciously dry taste.
