The reborn Sentori was sitting on the table, so I was torn between it and Hirotogawa Junmai Ginjo, and bought this one: ‼️
The other day, at a sake-only bar, I told the owner that the Sentori I had had before had a cemedine-like aroma, and the owner got mad at me.
Let's start with the aroma!
I have the impression that the aroma is generally lighter than the previous Sentori? I'm sure it has a 🤔sweet aroma!
Now for a sip: ‼️🍶
Sweet ⁉️ juicy ⁉️ sour ⁉️ salty ‼️
The flavors come at you in this order: ‼️ This one is so sharp that I'm going to have another one: ‼️ Fear not, Renewed Sentori: ‼️
I'm going to enjoy it because it doesn't taste or smell like cemedine at all, which I felt before, so I'm going to think I've gotten rid of the bad taste 🍶.

Good morning, Mr. Yoshiyoshi 😃.
I see you were a drinker with too much love for Sentori 😓 but I'm glad the renewed Sentori has dispelled that 🤗The taste reviews that come in order are powerful and draw me in: ‼️

Good morning, Jay & Nobby 🌞My dad was pissed off because he knew the brewer (lol).
It's a 13% low alu so it's easy to drink and you need to be careful 🍶! I was drawn in and am hungover this morning (lol).
