7/10 The highest specs of alcohol in Lo Mang. Right? Fukushima Prefecture's original sake rice "Fukunoka" is used. From what I hear, it is a very difficult rice to make. Himenomochi" glutinous rice is used for the premium rice, and the sake is made in a 4-stage brewing process. I don't know what it is, but at any rate, it seems to have a high degree of difficulty. The main taste was a juicy sake with a muscat aroma. The second half has a bitter taste, making it a little difficult to swallow. If you consider this as a richness, it is quite a gorgeous sake.
