This is mainly my impression after one week of opening the bottle. About the aroma Immediately after opening the bottle, the aroma was pear-like, but after one week, it had a rich, matured aroma of melon and cheese. The ripeness of the aroma became dominant, and the peariness was not so much felt. About the taste The taste is mainly a rich, ripe, slightly sour taste like melon and cheese. I think the acidity and ripeness are slightly more dominant than the sweetness. However, the sweetness is not overpowered by the richness of the flavor. The sweetness has increased from just after opening the bottle, and the lingering sweetness and aftertaste seem to have lengthened. The aftertaste continues to be cheesy, and the bitterness remains at the end. The overall taste is richer, and the carbonation is still there even a week after the bottle was opened. It is much richer than the Orange Sea, which I drank at the same time.
