テキーラ
I visited Kagawa, Tokushima, and Kochi prefectures in Shikoku. I think I spent the most time in Kochi Prefecture. I didn't have time to buy sake, and had planned to buy some at the airport, but since I was on an LCC, I bought only small bottles due to their weight. However, I received a four-pack of sake from a relative, and it was from Kochi Prefecture's Mikuyo! The world's first deep-sea yeast from outer space arrived! This yeast, it seems, is a yeast that has traveled through space and endured the deep sea. I don't know what flavor or taste is brewed from a yeast that has experienced a harsh environment.
The yeast is on a great journey, and I am on a great journey in Shikoku, or maybe I am too tired to understand,
I wonder how different it is from normal Bikuyo,
It was sweet but a little sour.
I am happy to drink this rare and tasty sake!
