Tonight we had #Boshimaya Usagi Shin BLACK Gohyakumangoku from Tokoro Shuzo, Ibi-gun, Gifu Prefecture.
It has a delicious rice flavor similar to the sweet grape juice feeling, and the bitter bitterness of grape skins finishes it off pleasantly.
It is very tasty and crisp.
It went perfectly with the raisin-filled Sakekasu cream cheese.
