I bought this for my brother when he came back home. 🍶
It has a fizzy and surprisingly refreshing taste, as is typical for a sake that is still in its infancy. The accompaniment is not fish but grilled agu pork, which goes surprisingly well with it. The fat is sweet and doesn't lean, and both the sake and the meat ゙ were very tasty ✨😆😆.
